By departments，in 2019，the proportions of discouraging doctors among pediatricians，internists，and obstetricians-and-gynecologist were high，while the differences across departments weren’t great.Over the past four years，the proportion of encouraging doctors for emergency medicine department rose the fastest，from14.3%，12.8%，and 13.1%in 2016-2018 to 19.6%in 2019，which is about 5%higher than that of all respondents.The proportion of discouraging doctors also declined the most for this subpopulation，from 71.5%，74.1%，67.2%，to 51.6%，which was about 5%lower than that of all respondents.No meaningful difference across geographic areas observed（Table 2）.
