HD data collected from S1plants in the ZC9 and ZC12populations grown at Lingshui and S1:2lines tested atHangzhou were used to analyze the effects of q HD9.1,q HD10.1,and q HD12.2 in more isogenic backgrounds.The analysis was performed with Windows QTL Cartographer 2.5[32].Effects are presented in Table 4 irrespective of whether statistical significance was reached.
