It is possible to measure electrically conducting materials by placing non-conducting material between hot wire and brick.The thermocouple has to be shielded.For measuring carbon-containing materials,a special container was used to avoid the test pieces being oxidized(see Fig.4).The results of thermal physical properties are shown in Table 2.
