The standard tests for detecting APM in real wa-ter samples were also investigated in order to justifythe reliability and practicality of the proposed meth-od.The samples were taken from tap water，and noAPM was detected.In order to purify the water sam-ples，all of them were filtered by a filter paper.In theexperiment，each sample was tested five times to ob-tain the averaged recovery rates.As shown in Tab.2，the mean rates of APM were fluctuated from 97.80%to 101.67%，and the relative standard deviation wasless than 3%.The results indicated that the proposedmethod had a good reliability and accuracy for APMdetection in tap water samples.
