For investigating teachers’perception of the web-based learning，semi-structured interviews were conducted individually with 6experienced teachers participating in the counseling work.The semi-structured interviews centered on three aspects，namely their preparation for online learning materials，particularly micro-lessons，their counseling work during the school year，and their comments on their own work and students’learning outcomes.The invited teachers were also asked about their experiences，challenging issues at work and expectations for the implementation of the webbased learning in the distance education.
