The effective sequences were clustered into OTUs at 97%sequence identity and 865-1328 OTUs were summarized from the five anammox samples of A1–A5(day 61)(Table 1) Compared with the control(A1),the species richness increased significantly after long-term exposure of different Ag NPs and GO concentrations,which was revealed by OTUs and Chao1 index(except A5).The sequencing depths were well enough to cover the whole diversity which was confirmed by the coverage values(0.9946,0.9944,0.9947,0.9947 and 0.9952respectively).However,the Shannon index in Table 1 showed that the bacterial diversity declined slightly from 4.11(control A1)to 3.44 after NP exposure,which suggested that the evenness had a certain differences.On the contrary,Hu et al(2017)reported that Chao1 index declined under 2 mg/L ZnO NP exposure,while a more even microbial community structure was obtained.
