Because various point defects may be generated during the irradiation process[34,37],effective diffusion energy barriers are calculated to evaluate their impact on copper diffusion[28,41].The diffusion parameters of copper diffusion in zirconium via various point defects are calculated and listed in Table 1 and their diffusion coefficients are plotted in Fig.2.
