The thermal properties of Pebax1074/PEG blend membranes are shown in Table 1.During DSC measurements, one glass transition temperature and two melting temperatures were observed for Pebax1074 and Pebax1074/PEG blend membranes, which was consistent with the micro-phase separated structure of these system[23].The glass transition temperature Tgcorresponds to the PEO phase in these samples. And it could be observed that the Tgof all blend membranes was lower than that of Pebax1074 membrane, which would influence the gas transport through blend membranes[23,24].The low melting temperature,Tm(PE),was ascribed to the melting of PEO crystals and the high melting temperature,Tm(PA),was attributed to the melting of PA crystals[23].As listed in Table 1,Tm(PE)increased with the increase of PEG molecular weight, which was mainly induced by the increasing Tmof PEG.However, for Tm(PA)of the blend membranes,it was all lower than that of Pebax1074,which was common for block copolymer systems because the additives acted as a‘solvent’for the block copolymer matrix[22].
