Strain LWYZ0003 was first cultured on LB medium from agar slants for 2 d,then the healthy colonies were generated and inoculated into 500-mL shake f lasks,each of which contained 100 mL of seed medium.After culturing under 180 r/min at 30°C for 3 d,300 mL seed medium was inoculated into 5-L fermenter that contained 3 L fermentation medium(7 d)which was composed of 50 g/L glucose,30 g/L soybean meal,3 g/L peptone,9 g/L NaCl,0.4 g/L KCl,0.48 g/L CaCl 2,0.2 g/L NaHCO 3.The fermentation broth of LWYZ003 was accomplished by repeating the procedure detailed earlier to get 12 L fermentation broth(Table 2).
