《The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP》
The WFM is based on three pairs of coded mask cameras equipped with position-sensitive SDDs,covering 4.1 sr(~33%)of the sky and operating in the energy range 2-50 keV[50].The effective FoV of each camera pair is~70?×70?and~90?×90?at zero response.The peak sensitivity is reached along the LAD pointing direction.The energy resolution is~300 eV at 6 keV,and the absolute time accuracy is 1μs.Pairs of two orthogonal cameras are combined to obtain accurate 2D positions of the monitored sources.The three camera pairs(six cameras in total)are arranged in a baseline configuration of-60?,0?,60?as shown in Figure 24.The WFM main parameters and anticipated performance are listed in Table 4.
