The redox peak currents and peak potentials are displayed in Table S1(Supporting Information online).There was 4.4times increase in current observed at ZnO-rGrO-PB/MCPE compared to CPE.Modification of CPE with PB and ZnO-rGrO alone showed almost similar increase in current(around 2.5 times)at PB/MCPE and ZnO-rGrO/MCPE.This clearly indicates the synergic effect of ZnO-rGrO and PB on the oxidation of Rtn.ZnO-rGrO provides a larger surface area for PB adsorption on the electrode surface.The increase in sensitivity is credited to the electrocatalytic nature of PB which acts as an electron mediator between Rtn and electrode[36].
