《Influence of a multi-step process on the thickness reduction error of sheet metal in a flexible rolling process》
To analyze the influence of the multi-step forming process on the thickness reduction error of sheet metal in the flexible rolling process,we used a target curvature radius of200 mm for the processed parts in the forming comparison experiment.The material is 1050 aluminum alloy,and the dimensions of sheet metals are 100 mm×200 mm×1.8mm(width×length×thickness).The forming steps differ,whereas the other processing parameters are the same.The forming path and forming steps of the multi-step process are shown in Table 8.The processed convex surface parts are shown in Fig.19.The processed convex surface parts are smooth,with no wrinkling;the forming effect is good.Therefore,the multi-step forming process is feasible in the forming experiments.
