Results Between December 2013 and August 2014，2，348patients were randomly assigned to treatment with Bu MA（n=1，174）or Excel SES（n=1，174）.Among those patients，1，713 patients（858in Bu MA SES group and 855 in Excel SES group）were recognized in complex patient and lesion subgroup.At 2 years，the incidence of definite/probable stent thrombosis was significantly lower with Bu MA SES（0.7%vs 1.9%，P=0.03），which is mainly driven by lower subacute（>24 h to 30 days）stent thrombosis（0%vs 0.6%，P=0.03）compared with Excel SES.However，in the non-complex population，thrombosis event was similar with Bu MA or Excel SES（0.7%vs 0%，P=0.50）.Myocardial infarction event rate in the complex patient and lesion subgroup was similar with Bu MA or Excel SES（5.7%vs 6.0%，P=0.79），as well as TLF（8.8%vs 7.5%，P=0.34）.Major outcomes were shown in Table.
