《A first-in-man study of the Firesorb Sirolimus Target Eluting Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease(FUTURE-Ⅰ):two-year clinical and imaging outcomes》
Results Between January and March 2016,a total of 45 patients(age[54.4±9.3]years,22.2%female,and 42.2%unstable angina)with 45 target lesions were enrolled.At 2 years,all patients completed clinical follow up and target lesion failure rate was 0%with no scaffold thrombosis.Imaging follow up was available in 25 patients at 2 years,in-scaffold late lumen loss was 0.42±0.34,and intracoronary imaging confirmed the late lumen loss was mainly attributed to neointimal hyperplasia(neointimal hyperplasia by IVUS:6m F/U=0.18 mm2,1y F/U=0.30 mm2,2y F/U=1.18 mm2,P<0.0001;neointimal area by OCT:6m F/U=1.10 mm2,1y F/U=1.42 mm2,2y F/U=1.88 mm2,P<0.0001),but not scaffold recoil(mean scaffold area by IVUS:6 m F/U=7.9 mm2,1y F/U=8.2 mm2,2y F/U=7.8 mm2,P=0.84;late recoil by OCT:6 m F/U=2.01%,1y F/U=1.94%,2y F/U=1.94%,P=0.98)as shown in Table.
