In the subsequent stratified analysis,we assessed the associations between rs17042171 and AF in the Per AF and Par AF subgroups and selected the recessive model in the Per AF(the minimum P=0.010)and the additive model in Par AF(the minimum P=0.004)for logistic regression analysis(Table 6).Using multivariate logistic regression models(adjusting factors including age,LAD,CAD,and HP),we observed that patients carrying the AA genotype were still of higher risk of AF in the recessive model(OR:11.123,95%CI 2.493 to 49.626,P-B<0.008)after Bonferroni correction compared with those with non-AA(Table 7).
