Nine fragments were obtained by using DNAS-tar software,and the whole genome sequence of SD strain was obtained.The full genome length of SD strain was 15 192 bp.The length of Leader region at 3’end of genome was 55 bp,and that of Trailer region at 5’end was 114 bp.There were six structural genes from 3’to 5’end,including NP,P,M,F,HN and L genes.The characteristics of six structural genes and the sizes of deduced amino acids are shown in Tab.6.As shown in Tab.6,the interval sequence length between structural genes was 1-47 bp.Six structural genes had relatively conserved gene initiation sequence(3’-ACGGGTAGA/GA-5’)and gene termination sequence(3’-TTA (A)-GAAAAAA-5’) .Genetic analysis showed that the isolated SD strain shared the whole gene sequence homology of 82.8%with traditional vaccine strain La Sota,but96.6%with genotype VII ZJ1 strain.The SD strain had six more bases compared with the genome of La Sota strain that had1 646-1 647 bp bases,which was consistent with the genome characteristics of genotype VII NDV strain.HN gene had a length of 2 002 bp,encoding 571 amino acids,representing the characteristics of virulent strains.
