《Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Polysaccharide from Hibiscus syriacus L.》
On the basis of single factor tests,an L9(34)orthogonal test was carried out according to conditions in Table 1,and the results are shown in Table 2.It could be seen from analysis that the effects of various factors on the extraction rate of H.syriacus polysaccharides ranked as A>D>C>B,i.e.,extraction temperature>extraction time>material-to-liquid ratio>ultrasonic time.In the orthogonal test,higher range indicated that the polysaccharide extraction rate would have a larger change if the factor changes.It could be seen from the analysis that the optimal condition combination for extraction of H.syriacus polysaccharides was A2B3C1D2,i.e.,the extraction temperature at 80℃,the ultrasonic treatment time of 40 min,the material-to-liquid ratio at 1∶20 and the extraction times of 3,under which the extraction rate of H.syriacus polysaccharides was the highest of 3.114%.
