Calculation of the total quantities of aerobic microbes A certain amount of the 1∶10 or 1∶20 testing solution（10 ml）was added into a sterilized test tube，and then added with 0.1 ml of corresponding testing microbes when ensuring the final concentration not higher than 100 cfu/ml.After mixing well，1 ml of the microbial liquid was added into a plate，and the trypticase soy agar medium was then added immediately.After solidification，the bacteria was cultured at 30-35℃.Each strain was cultured in two parallel plates.The number of colony was determined，and meanwhile，the numbers of colony in the bacterial liquid group and the control group of the testing solution were also determined by the same method.The recovery of each strain was calculated according to following formula∶Recovery=（Average number of colony in the experimental group-Average number of colony in the control group of testing solution）/Average number of colony in the control group of bacterial liquid.The results are shown in Table 1.
