《Utilization of Agricultural Climatic Resources under the Spring Maize-Spring Potato Intercropping Pattern in Pengzhou City》
According to statistics,the average initial date when the temperature stably exceeds 10℃is March 22,and the latest initial date is April 7.Therefore,the period from late March to early April is the suitable sowing date for spring maize.The time that the temperature stably exceeds 20℃is in late May,conducive to jointing.The≥10℃effective accumulated temperature throughout the growth period is 3 738.5℃,greater than 1 900℃.The average air temperature in summer is 24.2℃,higher than 18℃.The heat resources can meet the requirements of maize growth and development for heat accumulation and intensity.According to the survey and statistics of ten-day average air temperature and precipitation at each growth stage of maize in the past years(Table 5),combined with the data shown in Table 1,it can be seen that the ten-day average air temperature during the sowingseedling emergence period is slightly higher than the suitable temperature required by sowing of maize,which has no impact on sowing.The air temperature in the seedling stage of late April-early May is within the suitable range for the growth of seedlings,and the temperature in the rest of the stages is close to the suitable temperature.Over the years,the date when the air temperature stably exceeds 15℃is April 19,conducive to the growth of young seedlings.The ten-day average air temperature in the past years is slightly lower than the suitable temperature of the ear stage but higher than the lower limit,which can basically meet the heat requirements of spring maize in the ear stage and is conducive to plant growth and young ear development.In the blooming stage,the air temperature is between the lower limit and the suitable temperature,which can meet the needs of tasseling and blooming of spring maize.In the grouting-maturity period,the air temperature in mid-August and before is 25.4-24.5℃,slightly higher than the suitable air temperature,and after mid-August,the air temperature is 23.6-22.8℃,within the appropriate range,which are generally beneficial to the grouting and maturity.In short,Pengzhou is rich in heat resources.If spring maize is sown from late March to early April,the air temperature conditions can meet the growth and development requirements of spring maize in all stages.
