8例脑卒中患者实行了转诊全流程管理，即从120开始导医至初级卒中中心就诊，再次从初级卒中中心转诊至高级卒中中心。8例患者均为重度脑卒中患者，中位G-FAST量表评分为3（3，4）分，美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（National Institutes of Health stroke scale，NIHSS）评分为22（4，33）分。在初级卒中中心经过检查和对症处理后转送至高级卒中中心。从发病地点转运至初级卒中中心，并从初级卒中中心转运至高级卒中中心的总转运中位时间为113（82，142）min，中位DIDO时间为84（12，125）min。预计从发病地点直接转运至最近的高级卒中中心耗时为68（58，85）min。见表5。
