The most important considerations for inpatients in selecting a TCM hospital are:high technical level（16.6%），good service attitude（15.9%），and obvious characteristics of TCM（13.9%）；the main reasons for dissatisfaction are“poor environmental conditions”（5.6%），“high medical expenses”（4.7%），and“cumbersome procedures”（4.4%）.
