《Comparative Transcriptome Profiling of Glycine soja Roots Under Salinity and Alkalinity Stresses Using RNA-seq》
In summary,by using RNA-seq,the expression profiles of G.soja under Na Cl and Na HCO3 stresses were compared.Based on the analysis of DEGs and TFs,potential salt and alkali tolerance genes and novel TFs were identified.These results provided candidate genes and valuable insights for exploring mechanisms underlying the responses of G.soja to salt and alkali stress tolerance.
