《Genetic Function Approximation Based QSPR Models for Predicting the Wetting Ability of Lubricants onto Rolled Copper Foil Surface》
In this study,the general extreme pressure antiwear and anticorrosion additives,which have been widely applied in metal working recently,were used.Chemical reagents serving as additives such as 1-dodecanol,dodecyl dodecanoate,dodecan-1-amine,and their derivatives were used in experiments,with their properties shown in Table 1.The measured lubricants were studied by using50%(mass fraction)of additives blended into mineral base oil.All additives were added into the base oil under stirring for 20 minutes at 70°C,respectively.The rolled copper foil(RCF),0.18 mm in thickness,was used.All chemical reagents used in the whole experiment were all analytically pure reagents(AR).
