From chart 1，83.11%students will learn English on the Internet autonomously，while 16.89%students spend little time learning English.5.83%students think writing proficiency is great and good.54.37%students regard English proficiency as general，10.67%students believe their English writing is poor.Besides，86.60%students think finishing an article is their own responsibility，while 13.40%students reflect they are not be responsible for writing articles.In other words，students are willing to utilize network resources to learn English.They hope to improve their English writing proficiency and they are responsible for their own English writing.It shows that students are the owners of their academic work and participate actively.
