Out of the total 90 tumors examined,28(31.1%)tumors co-expressed altered protein levels of pS9GSK-3βandβ–Catenin proteins(Figure 2C).These proteins were observed to be aberrantly co-expressed in 67.9%(19/28)muscle invasive tumors(P=0.01;Mann Whitney U test);78.6%(22/28)high grade tumors;60.7%(17/28)recurrent tumors(P=0.02;Mann Whitney test);60.7%(17/28)frequent smokers/tobacco chewers and 82.1%(23/28)tumors from hematuric patients(P=0.04;Mann Whitney U test)(Table 3) .
