与参考株（EU186072）序列比对，扩增得到的FIPV的ORF3a由于核苷酸缺失，导致9个样品中FIPV均存在1个Phe缺失；9个样品病毒的ORF3b基因的核苷酸存在突变，但不引起编码氨基酸数量（72aa）的改变；ORF3c由于核苷酸缺失，导致推导氨基酸不同程度截短（13aa～130aa），仅1个样品（FIPV/SWU-CD-11/2018）的FIPV显示具有完整的3c基因（表1），ORF3C出现截短的比例约为89%（8/9只猫）。
