In 2014，Baosteel successfully completed an industrial trial for developing products of uncoated and galvanized M n-TRIP steels w ith TS of 1 000and 1 200 M Pa，respectively，the chemical composition and typical mechanical properties of w hich are show n in Tables 5 and 6.Their formability，including bendability，hole expansion ratio，forming-limit diagram（FLD）；their application properties，including delayed fracture properties，dynamic tensile test，and tensile test at various temperatures；and their w eldability w ere systematically evaluated to determine the practical application potential of these steels.These steels w ere also used to make some of the parts in BCB（left rear floor side member rear），as show n in Fig.9.
