The thermophysical parameters of BW300TPrequired for calculating the temperature field include the specific heat capacity(C),thermal conductivity(K),and density(ρ).During w elding,w eld metal is heated locally to extremely high temperature,w hich causes extreme variations throughout the w ork-piece.If the thermophysical properties of the material are not considered w ith the changes in temperature,the calculation results w ill have large deviations.Table 4 show s the thermophysical properties of BW300TP used in the model.The effect of solid-phase transformation and melting latent heat on the heat transfer is not considered.The convective heat transfer induced by metal flow is reflected in the increasing thermal conductivity of the material above melting point[4].
