《Microstructure and Texture Evolution of Fe-33Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP Steel on Strain》
The steel under investigation was prepared by induction melting in an argon atmosphere and was casted to round bars,20 mm in diameter.The chemical composition(mass percent)of the investigated steel is given in Table 1.The cast ingot was forged,hot rolled,and cold rolled into a sheet of 200 mm×100 mm×1.2mm.The sheet was annealed at 1 050℃for 30 min and subsequently water quenched.According to the phase diagram(Fig.1)of Fe-33Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP steel by THERMO_CALC software,the TWIP steel was all of the austenitic phase after quenching.
