《Application of a green coagulant with PACl in efficient purification of turbid water and its mechanism study》
Three kinds of water were employed in this work,one raw water and two synthetic turbid ones.The raw water was surface water from the Jiuxiang River,lower reaches of Yangshan Lake,in Nanjing of Jiangsu Province,China.The site was very near to the Xianlin Campus of Nanjing University.The main characteristics of this raw water are described in Table 1.The other two synthetic turbid water were both kaolin suspensions but with different initial turbidities,i.e.~55 and~260 NTU,respectively.
