The LC separation used an Eclipse Plus C18column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)with A(5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution+0.1%formic acid)and B(acetonitrile)as the mobile phase for gradient elution(the gradient elution conditions are shown in Table 1)at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min under a column temperature of 40℃.Under these conditions,progesterone showed good retention with a retention time of about 2.70 min(Fig.1).
