The cell clone survival curve obtained is shown in Fig.1.The results show that the survival rate of A375cells induced by 100MeV proton and gamma rays decreases as the irradiation dose increases.At the same dose,the survival rate of A375cells induced by proton is slightly higher.Table 1shows the parameters fitted by the linear quadratic model S=e-(αD+βD2).The results show that the single-click(αparameter)effect of 100MeV proton leads to a slightly higher death rate of A375cells than that of gamma rays,which indicates that the genomic DNA stability of A375cells decreases and the repair ability decreases after proton irradiation.According to the irradiation dose at 37%cell survival,the RBE value of 100MeV protons is 1.09,which is similar to that of 1.1currently used in proton therapy of 235MeV.In addition,compared with13.7MeV protons,the cell killing increased with the LET of protons increased,which accords with the general rule.Therefore,the irradiation conditions established at 100 MeV proton cyclotron are reliable and can be used to the study of radiobiological effects.
