In another research,a simvastatin-loaded gelatinN C-b tricalcium phosphate hydrogel s caffold was developed by freeze-drying,which combined osteoconductivity with osteoinductive properties and could be applied in promoting bone regeneration[52].NFC resulted in a slower rate of degradation and was beneficial to the sustained release of simvastatin.The GNTS.5 scaffold and its osteoconductive structure could release an optimal concentration of simvastatin to enhance osteogenic activity.The bone TE scaffolds prepared by freeze-drying are listed in Table 3.
