Single-factor analysis of variance testing was used to analyze the differences among the four hopping procedures.Tests for statistical significance were carried out using a priori t tests for the specific hypotheses we wanted to test and Tukey’s post-hoc test for all other results.Correlation coefficients with t tests for statistical significance were used elsewhere to determine the importance of relationships among results and processes.
