3) Stator teeth:raveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor stator tooth number and tooth width are related to each other,the number of stator teeth depends on the number of stator operating mode pitch.Generally speaking,the number of stator teeth is the multiple of stator operating mode pitch.Increasing stator teeth can increase the axial amplitude of the stator surface in a certain range,so as to improve the speed,but the teeth is too high,the circumferential velocity of the stator surface particles within stator and rotor contact area changes more,will reduce the output efficiency of the ultrasonic motor.And the stator teeth are too high,the nonlinear characteristics of the stator vibration will be enhanced,the ultrasonic motor prone to block[6-7].According to the above design principles,stator elastomer structure parameters shown in Table 1,piezoelectric ceramic structure parameters shown in Table 2.
