In order to prepare the flame retardant epoxy resin thermosets with different contents of flame retardant additive，PPAP，epoxy resin and the curing agent（PDA）were mixed homogeneously by a mechanical stirrer at 90°C with an equivalent ratio of epoxide/N-H=1/1.The liquid mixture was poured into a mold，cured at 105°C for 1 h and post cured at150°C for 2 h.After curing，the samples were cooled to room temperature for carrying out the related tests.The contents of PPAP flame retardant additive in epoxy resin thermosets are listed in Table 1.
