《Synthesis of silver and gold nanoparticles from leaf of Litchi chinensis and its biological activities》
Values are presented as mean±SEM for group of six animals.The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s test.*Significant at P<0.05,**Highly significant at P<0.01.
The analgesic activity showed that among all the groups the gold nanoparticles were most significant.The gold nanoparticles showed significant result(P<0.05)at low dose 50 mg/kg b.w,while highly significant(P<0.01)at high doses 100 and 150 mg/kg b.w.The silver nanoparticles and methanolic extracts demonstrated significant effect at high doses,while at low dose produced nonsignificant(P>0.05)effect(Table 2).
