Note:Different lowercase letters in the same row represent significant difference(P<0.05);the same as below.

The effects of different proportions of fermentation bed padding on growth performance and diarrhea rate of weaning piglets are displayed in Tab.3.As shown in Tab.3,the average daily gain of piglets was improved at varying degrees by adding different proportions of spent mushroom substrate of P.eryngii in fermentation bed padding.Except for experimental group IV,the other experimental groups had significant difference with the control group(P<0.05).The average daily gain of weaning piglets in experimental group I was the best, and the average daily feed intake also increased significantly, which had significant difference with the control group(P<0.05);other experimental groups had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, experimental groups I,II,III and IV improved feed conversion rate at varying levels(P<0.05),and the feed conversion rates in experimental groups II and III were the best of 1.54 and 1.52,respectively.Compared with the control group, experimental groups II,III and IV significantly reduced the diarrhea rate of weaning piglets(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate in experimental group I was increased by 18.17%compared to the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,viewed from the indexes of average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed conversion rate and diarrhea rate, the experimental group III(25%sawdust+25%rice husk+50%spent mushroom substrate)was the optimal proportion of spent mushroom substrate.
