The test data of soil samples before and after the test were divided into two parts:chemical composition and trace elements. After analysis and statistics, they were listed in Table 2&3.The test results showed that compared with the items before improvement, soil p H,alkalinity and total soluble salts of the improved soil decreased significantly, which decreased by 7.92%,33.99%and 23.07%,respectively,presenting significant desalination and dealkalization effects. The total amount of soil organic matter and hydrolysable Nincreased significantly, which increased by 5.91%and 11.93%after improvement, respectively, suggesting that soil organic nutrient composition increased.Soil total P and available K decreased significantly, which decreased by 14.29%and 35.95%,respectively after the improvement, and it was caused by the lower background value of P and K and the large absorption by M.officinalis.Mo,B,Se,Cu,and Zn in the soil decreased greatly, which was related to the low biological activity in alkaline medium and the need to absorb a large amount of trace elements during the growth process of M.officinalis.The results were confirmed by the subsequent special test results of increasing trace elements to increase grain yield[11-12].
