The changes of MDA，SOD and GSH levels in hepatocytes are presented in Table 1.The levels of MDA，SOD and GSH were significantly（p<0.01）altered in the model group.Compared to the model group，GSH and MDA level altered significantly（p<0.01）in all the FS extract groups（100，150 and 200μg·m L-1），while SOD increased markedly（p<0.05）in middle concentration of FS extract（150μg·mL-1）group.
