The overall quality of teachers directly affects the overall quality and level of kindergarten education,and the development of rural inclusive private kindergarten is also directly affected by good teachers,but in the actual survey,it is found that the overall level of rural inclusive private kindergarten teachers is worrying.In order to better understand the general situation of rural inclusive private kindergarten teachers,our research group selected 120 teachers of prefecture-level city to carry out questionnaires and interviews.In the specific interviews,mainly using the semi-structured interviews,the teachers were surveyed,as shown in Table 1.
