Table 2 lists the performances of different cryogenic front ends with similar operating frequencies.The application of cryogenic front end in radiometers is not popular,and the listed front ends are applied in either communications[12]or radar[13]systems.It is seen that the proposed cryogenic front end has a higher gain and a lower equivalent noise temperature.
