Figures 3-4 are draw n according to the data in Table 2.For the fabric w eight，the ranges of the external tension，temperature and time are 38.84 N，11.64℃and 7.4 min.The analysis of range w as done by calculating the difference betw een the maximum and the minimum of the averages for each factor.Figure 3 show s that the influence of tension on fabric w eight is far greater than that of time and tension.Fabric w eight decreases abruptly w ith the increase of tension.When the tension increases，the number of the loop per unit area decreases，w hich mean fabric w eight decreases.Finer knitted mesh fabrics improve the compliance[13-14]，and have little inflammatory reaction[15].The ideal heat setting parameters w ere as follow s:temperature w as 120℃，time w as 10 min and tension w as large.
