Furthermore,we also studied the relationship between the distance from rail transit stations and real estate price.Research found that there is a great difference in real estate prices within and outside the 600 m radius of rail transit stations in central areas.The critical distance extends to1,000 m in peripheral areas.The distance increases even further to 2,800 m in a more suburban area.Therefore,sinceChina has a multi-mode traffic system,the influenced realm of urban rail transit stations tends to expand from central to peripheral areas and the widest area radius can reach about 3,000 m.
