The effects of washing technique on chemical bonding in the WFS were studied using FT-IR spectroscopy.FT-IR spectra of the WFS and WWFS are shown in Fig.2 and Table 2.The Si-O-Si and-OH ligand metal complex was not found from1400 to 1450 cm-1 in WWFS（H2SO4-NaOH-HCl of triptych washing，Table 2）.This result shows that undesirable metals in WFS are removed from WWFS.
