According to the measurement of CO2production,the production rate reached a maximum value in 3 to 7 days,indicating the peak value of degradation rate and the highest activity of the enzymes at this time.The activity of cellulase was measured in the 3,5,and 7 days(Table 3).The cellulase activity of MC failed to be detected due to the low level.The TC had the cellulase activity ranging from 0.034 to 0.105 U/mL.The TC-Y had the highest cellulase activity of 0.105 U/mL on day 5,which was corresponding to the excellent performance of TC-Y in CO2production.
