Ni plates were electroformed from the AF and SC sulfamate solutions.Table 1 shows the compositions of the AF and SC solutions.As shown in Table 1，the AF solution without additives was prepared to obtain Ni plates with high plasticity after annealing.The SC electrolyte contained the organic additive saccharin in a concentration of 0.1 g·L-1.Electrolytic nickel coins provided by Falconbridge Ltd.were used as the anode to deposit Ni onto the Al cathode with dimensions of 10 cm×10 cm×1 cm.The electroforming was conducted at 323 K.The pH value was maintained between 3.3 and 4.The electroforming density was 4A·dm-2.
