According to the preparation method of the test solution，6parts of ginkgo leaves were treated under the same conditions，and six test solutions were obtained，respectively.Then，1.00 ml of the test solutions were accurately pipetted and placed in 10 ml volumetric flasks，respectively.Methanol was then added into the volumetric flasks，followed by shaking uniformly.The absorbance was measured at the maximum absorption wavelength of 259.5 nm.Total flavonoid contents were calculated，RSD=2.6%，indicating good reproducibility.The results are shown in Table 10.
