由于Merrifield接枝吡啶季铵根阳离子负载L-脯氨酸阴离子催化剂（1a-c）在水中可高选择性催化不对称羟醛缩合反应.室温下，进一步考察了催化剂的重复使用性能.从表6中可以得出，催化剂可重复使用4次.说明以离子对负载的脯氨酸催化剂具有一定的重复使用性能.
