《Initial residual stress experiment and simulation of thin-walled parts for layer removal method》
The thickness of the finite element model is32mm.At one time,the 2mm of each layer is killed.After one layer is killed,the stress value of boss is recorded.In simulation,residual stress distribution of the model is shown in Figs 11 and 12.According to the measurement method of Fig.10,the simulation results are shown in Table 2.
